This website, leathernoleather.com, is operated by Planners Pedia, trading as Leather No Leather ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Products and information
We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Our products are made from vegan leather, so minor variations in texture, grain and shade may occur, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may correct errors in product information, pricing or availability, and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your card, UPI or bank details. We may change prices and offers at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.
4. Orders and cancellation
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an incorrect address, and will refund any payment made. You can cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing admin@leathernoleather.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9266360626. Once shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Corporate, bulk and customised orders
Bulk, corporate, white-label and customised orders are governed by the written quotation or agreement we agree with you. Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. We may decline reseller or distributor orders unless they are placed under a written agreement with us.
7. Intellectual property
"Leather No Leather" is a trademark of Planners Pedia. The Planners Pedia name and logo are also trademarks of Planners Pedia. All text, images, graphics, videos, product designs, layout and other content on this website belong to Planners Pedia or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use any of them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Other names and logos on this website belong to their respective owners.
8. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other material to us, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights. You allow us to use, display and share it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
9. Prohibited use
